Mold Temperature Control Technology
Precise control of mold temperature is to achieve high optical injection molding to avoid spraying a major key to the current temperature control techniques are used frequently in the following categories:
1. Oil-heated high-temperature mold temperature machine. Mold temperature can be consistently maintained at a constant temperature, the advantage of low cost, easy to use, but in the mold design to be considered a good weld-line treatment, while the material is also relatively higher liquidity requirements. 2. Steam-heated fast-mode technology.
